"BSX must be using the infringement suit against CRYO to bang the price down, since BSX will now have to defend any action CRYO previously had."

Not familiar with patent litigation, but as part of the DD, wouldn't BSX have the choice to continue the suit if it had merit, or just let it drop? If they choose to continue, they certainly have bigger pockets than CYT...

I've been out of this stock for a few months, and the stars are aligning for my return, but I need some answers on the IP question. Cewiser, Fortuitous, Flyer or Jonmarin, do any of you have an idea how this could play out? Potentially a David vs Goliath fight...
