New to this company, seems solid

New to this company, seems solidJust discovered it today from a friend.

My only concerns would be the cost increase for steel and energy. I don't think EIL actually owns any steel producers. So where does it get its supply? 

My second concern is the dependance of the company on commodities. If commodities drop I guess Western Canada would suffer. But I think they should hold tight for the foreseable future. I'm still a bit worried though...

Any comments on the future of this company from people who have done deeper research?
