RE: What stinks is investment houses andI have a real problem with with the entire system. With all the talk about the Tsx Venture Exchange being a casino and scam capital of the world etc etc. I've made a ton of money on these pos stocks. My problem is with the supposedly top notch companies. When you get crap happening like what happened at SWG and worse yet when you have the head honcho at Bear Stearns standing on on his soapbox thumping his chest proclaiming all is well and then two days later the company is in shitter. GE one of the largest companies in the world doesn't say boo or peep and then has a huge miss on earnings. I mean are these guys in control and in touch or what?? My gawd these guys are supposed to be looking after the shareholders and it's beginning to look like more and more of these fat cat CEO's haven't got a clue as to what's going on and yet they continue to line their pockets with big fat salaries. As far as ARU goes to come up with that lame news release they issued yesterday after months and months of pounding the table that Ecuador was safe... Gimme a break do these guys know what they are doing?? I think they owe the shareholders more communication than that. How do you even make any kind of decision to buy or sell when the guys running the company are so inept that they aren't even saying a peep as all this b.s is going down.
