Eldorado going back to High Court!!!!

Eldorado going back to High Court!!!!Apparently Eldorado is heading back to Turkish High Court for the Kisladag mine.
This mine just went back into operation last month?
Pending Court Case battles always creates uncertainty and should do not bode well for current Eldorado shareholders or future take over target Frontier Pacific.
Do your due diligence!
