Profit up 69% ...and TRP spins it's wheels???

Maybe I am missing something here... profit up 69% lots of great projects coming down the road and what does the SP do ...FLAT as a pancake...???? Lucky I am hedged and TRP pays a great Dividend.

Trying to figure out... how good does the news have to be, before this stock actually move up???? Amazing!!!
