Yes. Frustrating. But the Sp does not reflect business fundamentals.Insiders pay $14.60 this month. Financial matrix up to 31.12.07 shows Return on Equity of 40%, P.E. of 7.8, Price to Sales of 0.38, Price to Book of 3.10 and Book Value of $4.18. So i would just collect my monthly distribution and wait. The yield (not including the annual year end one time consecutive bonus payments for the last 2 years) is 9.7% based on today's SP. The stock is oversold and has only one way to go - up again. That has been the pattern of the stock for the last quarter. Likely someone is shorting it down and then loading up on it as it retraces.
