RE: Legal experts on board?so, if you do things with the intent of  lowering or increasing price then its illegal (as opposed to doing something for some other reason which just has the effect of lowering  or increaing the price) - have I got it right?

must be difficult to prove though - more to the point must be tough to get investigators interested enough to do anything about it
