RE: Anyone still in FR?

RE: Anyone still in FR?As far as the raising is concerned Neumeyer sold the paper at pretty much the high for the year and just prior to the sector washout.................................. I would say actually say that's pretty good timing on his behalf or would you have preferred it lower and as a consequence more dilution for holders?

Unlike so many other companies who have some 'very' difficult financings to come due to market conditions First Majestic are sitting on C$53m cash for operations and will be profitable in 2008. Operationally speaking; that will be the last financing and I would say we are good to go now as long as silver/lead co-operate of course.

Quite what sort of cash cow FR will turn out to be remains to be seen but I remain very optimistic as we will  have a squeaky clean company that's cashed up and ready to deliver along with, off the top of my head, sixteen drill rigs turning to prove up reserves/resources. As for whose holding the placement shares I would guess (or at least hope) that Neumeyer was far more careful where they were placed stock this time around after the previous experience of it ending up in various 'short only' hedge funds.

In answer to your question however I still hold and I believe Neumeyer and Davilla have a few as well!
