1. News will be out on Monday
2. Expected to be positive
3. Land position is extremely large

--> Extrapolation: could be bad news for SMI and SWR as if the property claim by GXS is extremely large, then the stakes made by SMI may be unfavorable.

Nonetheless, the positive news coming out of GXS on Monday will be positive for SMI as well.
