RE: My views on Forterra

RE: My views on ForterraI completely agree with your views and comments. This is a pefect example of how not to run a public company.
The management obviously has no clue on how to keep investors interested with almost no NR's and the ones that have been realeased dont really say anything to get anyone exicted. The NR for 150000 ton contract does not even tells us what the contract is worth, just that it is at "Forterra competetive pricing"  what does that mean? If it was only worth $150,000.00 as you mentioned, they are screwed. They cant not make enough product to make this viable.

As far as the stock split I can only see this as a disaster for shareholders, unless there some drastic changes on the public relations front. I hardly see a need for a company with only 61MM shares to do a reverse split. They will then issue a new PP to pay the BOD's their 16% debenture interest???? Perhaps BOD's can use their 260k to buy up the blockers at $.07-.09 and then release some NR's that have some meaning and value. That would increase SP.

Its really unfortunate that management is is not taking advantage of a great story like what FTE could be, the product is right, the timing to market is right and they have been making in roads with municipalities, so the customer base is right.

I have already mentally written off my investment here but I will continue to baghold in hopes that management wakes up and smells the poop sometime soon.
