Only under extraordinary circumstances companies can seek extension in the annual filing deadline for up to two months.

Under the situation explained by REV director’s news release the Securities Commission recognized and approved the extension until June,29,2008.

I see this as a positive development that we can move forward on other deals by properly keeping VSE informed periodically on any material change. There is no need for the SP to languish as they will be dictated by forthcoming announcements on material progress.
