Questions

Questions I have been following eng for 3 months,  and have read many posts , mostly very informative , What I would like to now from oil experts is , has anyother exploration company drilled in block1711 before ? Also if eng misses with this drill hole , what next?  As I understand it the block covers quite a few square miles . I don't know much about oil , and was thinking if they happened to drill say a mile or two from the supposed oil /gas pool and came up dry would they drill another hole within the block , or would they know there is no oil within their stakes? Also if they hit a pool , how would they determine how large it is with just one hole ?
ps.s  If you don't ask questions , you'll never find any answers!!
I think this has the hype and interest to pay off Lets hope so
