Re: BC CLAIMSFrom my understanding, IIE began talks with this group for the BC claims aprox. 1 year ago, when the Brazil
Diamond deal was 'iffy' and they needed a backup deal.  They announced the BC deal, as they had to. In
my opinion, it is only an insurance policy for IIE, in case negotiations fell apart in Brazil  - which has
not happened.

The focus here is on Diamonds and not BC.
