1234 (Drill-Log-Test-Case)
1234 (Drill-Log-Test-Case)1. Drill to the right depth.......Most recent NR stated that so far.
2. Log the open hole portion from the bottom of the surface casing to present measured depth of approx 2865. The logs may be able to penetrate a few meters into the formation, but none that I know go down 9 meters.
3. Test any portions of the open hole through the drill pipe to surface.
4. Run the intermediate in the drilled hole and cement in place via the circulation method,
5. Prepare to drill beyond the intermediate with new bit and possibly new mud system.
6. Drill horizontally into production zone.....some indicators of what lies below the intermediate will be at surface within a day or two in the mud tanks...(ie gas cu mud, oil cut or stained mud)
.....just like the song
.....same thing....until they reach the end of the planned drilling depth
9. Log the horizontal open hole below the intermediate.
10. Run in and hang production liner from the bottom of the intermediate to new drilling or plug back depth.
