Our friends ENEGI and the price of OIL

Our friends ENEGI and the price of OIL

Thanks Ped. and Barrhead and Runar, et al for your posts these last few days, and , oh yes, you too Velle.  you got me bit with the curiosity bug.  Pulled up a few tidbits from the London Times Online today.

Bet of the day

How far will the oil price go after its recent surge to nearly $121 a barrel? As big fields near peak production, Ladbrokes is offering 8-1 that the price will hit $200 a barrel before the end of the year. It also has odds of 2-1 that Brent Crude will reach $150 before the year’s end. Ladbrokes said: “There appears to be no sign of a slowdown.”

Tiddler to watch

Enegi Oil, which is exploring the west coast of Newfoundland, Canada, rose 2½p to 177½p after Fox Davies began coverage with a 205p price target. The house broker said that first oil was expected in eight months if a well at its Garden Hill South field is successful. Enegi has secured a rig and has enough finances to begin drilling.
