I believe that any shareholder that is looking for a solution to this issue in a short time frame is really missing out.  How do you settle an issue when we have no idea how much we are truely owed untill we see those books, and find out for sure when we should have been receiving our NPI payments? I've held these shares for over 5 years and the reason I got in on this deal was the fact HBM was cheating us then and we knew it. How quick they are to talk about closing the Balmat mine because it makes no money, but kept the 777 going for all these years even though it to (according to HBM) was making no money what a load of s#%t. Instead of hiring all their high priced lawyers maybe they shoud just start making proper payments to CAA for all the money they owe. Open up the books, say your sorry and pay what is owed.  I wonder how many other shareholder are planning on further action if this does settle unfairly. I can't be the only one. Any shareholders that have been here for awhile should already have a figure, for the new shareholders do some serious dd and really look into it. Don't cut yourself short of what your deserved as a shareholder.
