Large shareholders

Large shareholdersSome one on this Board, if I recall correctly, had posted Turtle Creek as having filed.
I am not up on TSX requirements for reporting. As you probably know, in the US this info. is quite easy to come by.

Rudimentary  math based guessing tells me, at least , 25 % of the stock is in institutional hands. Probably more. If a 5% owner came along and asked for support for securing one or two Board seats- I think they will  succeed.

Gupta's reference to pipeline had a stale Crotty flavor to it. Just can't imagine the big 'boys/'gals?'remaining perpetually indifferent to CIC financial performance  in favor of  noise.
Certicom management  clearly have a credibility problem - which won't be resolved by dishing out cliches and platitudes- or as we have seen recently- press releases- even seemingly promising ones.

PS the book keepers must know how CIC did last Q.
