RE: ISA-a hot air balloon that can't lift off.....

RE: ISA-a hot air balloon that can't lift off.....TV do you have ANY idea of what you're talking about? Well, rhetorical question of course.

"when insiders buy on information available and reported to the public is not "insider trading" based upon confidential information" - well, duh. But what you are saying is that insiders have non public information already and somehow (assuming they were willing to break the law in the first place) you know that they aren't trading on it.

"insiders are required to report their trades immediately although they rarely get more than a slap on the hand for reporting 6 months or more late" Not sure that helps your point (opposoite actually) but by the way Roche is not a legal insider

"If the trial results were good enough to drive the share price, it would have happened already, especially when you consider how many other doctors and medical staff are involved in the numerous trial centres." Again, assuming large numbers of them (the ones in Canada) play the market in the first place, how do you know they aren't buying? Personally, I have no doubt that some of them have. And anyway, are you saying that they know from their half dozen patients what the results are for the whole trial set? Or are you saying that every singe one of these doctors is getting bad results? 100% of the patients have diabetes?

For a guy that's been doing this for so many years you've got a lot to learn about bashing TV. Go back to your basement and think long and hard about what the Green Lantern would have to say about your ethics. He would not approve.
