This report is not good news to me.
a 60% IRR with only a 5% discounting over the life of the mine is crud.

They are assuming they will find more minable gold in the region. Which I agree is likely.
I'm assuming they need to get the NetPresentValue into the company's valuation of some upcoming accounting requirements.. like a stock offering or share for share merger.

Though CSM's share price is currently justified imho. But this news is not something which should push it up.

I'm an ABB bull .. buying at these levels.
