RE: OPTIONSThere are CEO's who opt for their compensation to be entirely in the form of stock options. What i was suggesting is that the Board should have tied his compensation to specific revenues and earnings targets.  Objective measures of performance. That is all. And if these are too onerous  for him- its mutually better to replace him sooner rather than later.
