Halted!! Positive or Negative News?On the positive side, possibly a takeover or merger with a larger player.  Might the Encana split have something to do with this?  Encana might want to expand its oil sand property holdings.

I don't really want to think about the negative possibilities.  One problem with BQI is that it depends too much on one person, Chris Hopkins.  He is the driving force behind this company.
