RE: Well now

RE: Well nowYes, we want to see a happy and productive workplace.  This is a major concern.  I'm sure the staff know that the company is running out of money again, and the departure of Lauren and concerns over Bob's health must be very unsettling.  The question mark is leadership, and whether Ivan has what it takes to keep everyone motivated and moving in the right direction.  The big risk is that key staff might get spooked and start looking elsewhere for employment.

As for the product line, my confidence is shaken.  The position sensors and temperature sensors for the semiconductor industry are still going strong, but the company desperately needs a new success to get any upward movement on the share price.  The steam meter has been abandoned after several years and millions of dollars of development because of technical problems.  Same with the laser 2 beam flare meter, which still appears on the website as a product.  The company has repeatedly claimed that the downhole pressure sensor is being prepared for field trial, most recently for April of this year which has come and gone.  What other ghosts are lurking in the closet?  Is the sulphur analyzer real?  There have been no announcements that it has been successfully field tested or qualified by third party organizations.  Why aren't the flow meters and spectrometers selling?  I think it is time that the shareholders start demanding some answers to the tough questions.
