RE: HALT TRADING SOONDoes the market get why  NAG s NRs are also listed  in the GXS recent news section on SH. Since JV announcement all news is also material to GXS? Expect clarity as they hash out further JV plans.
 
Will GXS NRs start to stack up in NAGs recent news section on SH . Something material is  not being explained. Halt this pup and tell us.

Does NAG have a shareholder rights plan.
