The Company has two operating sites in Canada and a 52-acre site with a 135,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Jamestown, New York state for its planned gigafactory.

...yeah a paltry 31 cents with no liquidity. Great deal Tannin for those who bought in the 90's. I am sure they are jumping with joy right now. You are forgetting that the only liquidity was exhibited with a drop to 27 cents to begin with and with hundreds of thousands of shares traded. To boot that was on "good" news! Well it would have been good news if....contract.
