RE: Catch more flies with honey than vinegar!

RE: Catch more flies with honey than vinegar!Well, ELD should realize that making a lowball offer at a critical time for Frontier and then after being rebuffed at the price makes a hostile bid and also contacts the very Government that is about to issue the permit, is both opportunistic and downright bad for bussiness. Both their own and Frontiers.
If it turns out that they have now poisioned the well, they have left themselves open to a lawsuit if this in anyway hinders FRP shareholders from benefitting to the full value of Perama hill. And there have been enough analysts giving that value. And obviously the market is saying that the price is NOT right.
There are only about 20% of FRP shares that are not tighly held so either they have to substantially increase the offer or "FORGET ABOUT IT"
By the way Frontier did not attempt a takeover of Solex ,some common shareholders of both companies merily wanted a new board of Directors there as they had lost confidence in the present BOD, and looking at the shareprice of SOX , that would have been a good thing.
