Don't count your chickens yet.  The exchange could've asked for clarification of the last NRs.  If the company comes out with some re-explanation of whats going on you'll possibly be seeing lower prices.  Hopefully they choose their words wisely.  The exchange didn't approve or review the last NR.

Hope for your sake its new news, and not a re-clarification of old news.
