Primary Symbol: PHO

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the NASDAQ OMX US Water IndexSM (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index seeks to track the performance of companies that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The underlying index may include common stocks, ordinary shares, American depositary receipts (ADRs), shares of beneficial interest and tracking stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

RE: Grobinsco....and the Guy ...Per my previous post, not impressed with Ivan either.  He has been running the show for almost 2 years now and nothing has happened except spending another $5M on R&D which has produced no new technology nor products that the market wants.  He has been in charge of the sales and marketing since they closed the Calgary office which has resulted in negative sales growth.  What has he done to deserve any accolades for his fat salary, paid for by shareholders?

Sorry to see Lauren go.  She was in charge of corporate governance and investor relations which was the only management function that seemed to be done professionally.  Now, I guess that Ivan is in charge of that too, so I can only expect more mystery about what is really going on.  Does anyone really expect that Ivan knows how to manage the corporate and legal affairs of a public company?
