Cline & Cambrian Merger

Cline & Cambrian Merger

If I am right about a Cline & Cambrian Merger on a 1 for 1 basis, I expect Cline share price to immediately jump up to $7 per share.

I believe this to be a very low estimate, because it does not fully include the iron project. I am also starting to believe that Cambrian maybe to small for a Cline takeout.

However on a merger, Pinetree would immediately make $70 million dollars. Its hard to believe they are not looking at this opportunity to get liquidity.

No insider is selling at these low prices when such high gains are possible.

I have been number crunching trying to get an approximate value of my Hypothesis as I have previously described.

On such a merger I am prepared to make a market call of $10 to $12 dollars per share by end 2010 and between $15 and $20 dollars by 2012.

The synergies between Cline & Cambrian are outstanding.

I will post these approximate numbers soon.

My basic hypothesis can be used as a bench mark to estimate what Ken is negotiating behind closed doors.

I fully expect some type of corporate restructure that will unlock at least $7 per share on a very quick basis.
