RE: 239MM shares os now.With a market cap of only $55 million, I doubt the new management group would see any strategic wisdom in a reverse split. I was intrigued to see that Mr. Major, the new COO has a background in Russian natural resources. That automatically turns my attention to Brazil- where the industrial resources (Iron Ore, Manganese) for Ecometals
are located. Given the scramble by the steel industry for feedstock, this is important. I have also been following a web site named "Inca Kola" news. It provides very insightful reviews of Latin American economics and politics, including  a comprehensive review of the political situation in Ecuador. The site believes that the Ecuadorian political situation impacting mining will be resolved more favorable to industry than many now believe.
