Logic

LogicLeigh, from your last posts it sounds like we might still be quite a way from a sale - I understand we're not at the beginning of the gestation period but we are closer to the middle than the end. Does it not make sense that if Mike knows who the seller is and the likihood the seller will continue to put shares up at these low prices that the company either buys the shares themself as an investment ( I know they need TSE approval ) or direct someone to buy these shares so we can all move on with the promotional program. Mike knows almost everyone who has large numbers of shares ( and what they're doing with them ) so I assume since he didn't know about this person he/she can't have too many; after all there are only 33M or so available. If we let the price slide below $1 as a result of 1 person wanting to sell we will only hamper our financing efforts and you have to know the longer GL is on the market with penny stock valuation the greater the risk a major will say " here's my offer take it or devolop the property yourself ". Everyone knows GL doesn't have the expertise, money or desire to build a mine - we've kind of painted ourself into a corner negiotiation wise especially if this drags on. GL has to be in a stronger position to sell ( which is what we all want ) with a SP of $1.25 than $.50 - if this person is allowed to delay the whole process others will bail and the SP will drop quickly. I don't want that to happen and as a major investor I doubt Mike wants that to happen either.
