Tough to build a postion in MDR?and it is getting tougher .............................. GMP and Paradigm have pulled millions of shares off the shelf and those shares are tucked away until Lindero is sold at a hefty premium to today's share price.
What is typical to see in advance of a buyout is that the # of shareholders decreases while the # of shares per shareholder holds increases, we are witnessing a textbook case of this with MDR. I know personally .............. I have built a plentiful position in MDR, adding shares as recently as last week. The shares I took off the shelf have vanished from the market, not available for resale, call me a member of the GMP/Paradigm camp .............. my shares are locked away.
Throw in the fact that MDR management is "cashed up" and we have the scenario that the only way an investor can build a position is through the market ............ with the fact that no, I repeat no private placements are needed anytime soon (if ever again) the story gets even better.
It's great to be to be long this promising junior ............. even better to be StayingLong.
