RE: Insiders SellingAll this is is a guy exercising his options and selling shares. This is not uncommon in the junior mining game where directors of these small companies don't make much.
I know VP at some of the chartered bank that exercise their options as soon as they can and then sell the shares. They feel that they have a lot of legs in the company basket just working for the company. They don't like to keep their investment eggs in the same basket. Can you say 401(k)? Can you say Enron? Can you say Worldcom?
