INBG - Contract with China to repair Quake DamagesFor the price of 0.0015, this is definetly a play to have just a little bit of. INBG is currently talking with China government officials to repair quite a bit of the devastated areas from the earth quake. I see a quick flip 2-4 bagger or more in this play.
