This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

Trust Indenture

With this decision, haven't the 5 quebec justices removed the need for a trust indenture? I mean, if the board of directors has to safeguard their interests, why is it needed. Also, if this is the case, why would anyone in the country buy common stock again?
