RE: Significant delay

RE: Significant delaywhat a crock of misinformation you post. Tell me, what exactly is conditioning the casing and why does it take 3 weeks?  That statement alone indicates you know jack crap about drilling. The open hole is conditioned before logging or setting casing.  This is involves nothing more than changing some of the mud properties and circulating the hole clean.  Its already been done.  Casing is STEEL pipe, It does not need any conditioning.  Heeck, since it is new and clean it does not even need to be shampooed !  Once the casing is lowered to the predetermined depth, they will pump cement down it and circulate the cement up the backside of the casing, between the pipe and the hole.  No delays here as this needs to be done.  Kicking off and around the fish may add about 30 to 50 meters of extra drilling distance, but again it is no big deal.  My call is that in about 3 weeks time they will have drilled into their target, and will know if they have a discovery or not, still on target based upon the original 75-90 day drilling estimate.
