These are all situations where they exercised matching sized options ....it is called payday.  dick sold a bunch of his well before the peak . They also unloaded  some PDP shares in the same time frame .

As with all things perhaps an opportunity presented itself that was too good to miss.  Like RMK wish I had cool mil  to spare
