EFL: possible delisting from TSX

EFL: possible delisting from TSX

Can someone refresh my memory on the requirements for being listed on the TSX?  When will EFL cease meeting them?

Do they get bumped back down to the Venture or would they have to re-qualify?

How long if ever?

I don't even want to gamble pennies if that's going to happen so any help appreciated!  :-)
