RE: SP....??I suggested a while back the the money derived from the PMs be set aside to invest in URSA on behalf of the shareholders. About $900K from the first bulk.
A project...like the bridge reconstruction, or a crusher or a powerline....would be designated for the expenditure of this money. In return, the shareholders would see URSA shares in the equivelent divied out every 1/4 after a project is completed.
URSA would keep all the money in the company and grow value, the shareholders would see value in owning URSA shares for the reward they're going to get down the road, the dilution would be minimal and the new shares would go to shareholders that are more apt to hold onto their shares than sell based on ownership.
There are ways to do it...but I do know that dividends or any rewards to shareholders is sort of a nasty thought from a mangement point of view.
I know Kerbrilliant and his following think anything that benefits us retailers is stupid and and all we need to do is wait for a share price increase for our reward....but I'm of the mind that that public owned companies can return some of the profit to the owners. Any business says that the owners should recieve a wage....and I'm an owner.
I bet one thing, if investors knew that they were going to get rewarded every 1/4 based on their shareholding, we wouldn't be trading at 50 cents today.
