RE: Bud I thought you had all the answersNah.  I did "invest" in this POS a couple of times ....if I had known better that money would have been better elsewhere.

Really though if their cash is used up they may very well have to close up shop sooner than expected and gabling even if it hits the single digit penny stage won't pay off.

There is irony in that a battery manufacturer loses a law suit for all things a computer screen?!  What with all its fantastic patters they improperly infringe on some poor little company?! Lose how much cash?  Don't the investors have a right to know how much this costly "mistake" is costing them?

Maybe Conrad Black's lawyers could help them out.  But wait- they expect to be paid! 

Really it is pretty pathetic.
