OMT has range...BIL.h about to move up !

OMT has range...BIL.h about to move up !OMT sure seems to have a wide trading range. With 28 million o/s,  many shares must be tightly held. Not a big float but stocks with similar size floats seem to trade tighter.

P.S. Watch BIL.h, looks like it's about to move up ! (currently 1.5 cents)
