Building a plantI keep reading that the Teachers would not invest and they would not build a plant "without some pre-orders".
My question is why not announce these orders if they exsist?
My view for what it is worth.....
1) Fuel prices and the global awareness on emissions (carbon aution trading) is very a big story and will continue to benefit companies that provide "green" solutions.
2) The basic principal of selling a product for more than your costs, still applies and RP must find a way to satisfy this economical law. Will the new money and a new plant do this? Time will tell.
3) Tech. advances happen rapidly. RP must also invest in the future to keep ahead of the competition that exists now and new companies that come on the horizon.
4) The possibility of a take over by another company can factor in on the share price. Perhaps not now, but if RP gets their act together and starts to make $.
5) The recent share spike and retreat (as a previous poster pointed out) did not change the number of shares outstanding and may be in the same hands as before the spike, but dilution of the share price will most certainly happen as capitol is required to run the business to a positive cash flow position. When this dilution takes place is the question for the short term players.
Anyway, long enough post....I hate reading ramblings...So I won't...:)
Full Disclosure...bought in Dec/06 @ .60 sold half in Jan/07 @ 1.21 during the previous spike and retreat that seems to be a trend as someone pointed out in an earlier post. Very small position now.
