RE: Walk the Talk Cliff

RE: Walk the Talk CliffWhy would I do  that when I can get a "Baby" like you to respond? I especially like it when you goo goo, ga ga alot.  As for Canada, great place, the very best country going.imo As for Canadian Stock market, also many great companies and opportunities, but with extremely poor scrutiny, detection, or enforcement of infractions. Thus we still have many, in my opinion,  promoter and other types, that control  companies with little regard for shareholders. Shareholders continue to get fleeced. Why is this? Because they have little to fear from authorities, who even given extreme cases only end up giving fines of little consequence, trading suspensions which also mean little when most use others to front their schemes in the first place. Do I think that TVI represents such, not really. I believe, here we just have completely inept management, with big ego issues as well, and a need to keep control regardless of performance. It certainly  appears that way, and performance to date in terms of investors, very poor.imo There is little that shareholders can do, or are willing to do, to effect change. Like I said: geologists find ore bodies at times, but often have no clue as to how to run and manage any sort of large mining operation. You see the same thing in tech, biotech as well. So the story sounds great, may even be great, but with some of these groups you can actually count on them to screw up any returns, and they go on and on and on repeating the process, until finally they either leave, get forced out or the company folds.  The shareholders come and go on the endless promise, which often suits these folks because it keeps them in power, as there is always a fresh crew of hopefulls and cling ons. Now Baby, you sound like a combo of both! Or maybe even an employee perhaps. Whatever the case, the facts now simply speak for themselves to date. Shareholders now, should look VERY CAREFULLY at the number of shares out, how much more dilution may take place, who holds what options at what prices, where the debts lie, and what happens should payments not be met on time. Does the promise actually deliver results, or somehow just never quite materialize for shareholders? Time will tell.  Baby, I hope you have your favourite stufftee to hold on to and cry with in case it does not quite work out for you.
