RE: What is the value? A rough rule of thumb is that  the market will pay about 100 to 110 and oz.  Newmont paid 110 for MNG. Alot of factors come into play. 5 mill oz. at  $100 comes to  $500 million divided by 15.59 shares = about $32 per share. I can live with that, lol.
