The Company has consolidated approximately 28,525 hectares (285 km2) of prospective exploration land in the Goldboro Gold District.

How could there be 2 private placements and no announcements of such that there was even one?

Sedar does not mention the opening of either PP , and yet there was an official announcement that there was a closed PP.

Where is the company disclosure? Maybe I missed where they posted the initiating of the PP's?

I guess these placements are truly "Private"...
