RE: Top 10 Reasons for QUA to Takeover CS

RE: Top 10 Reasons for QUA to Takeover CSI don't have any more reasons to add and those 10 are compelling reasons for some form of business merger/combination between the two companies.  Unfortunately business decisions are not always based on what make sense and logical.  Unless QUA is already stalking CS, or CS looks for some form of partnership and friendly takeout, it is not going to happen.

I know some investor or investors have been accumulating CS shares of late, but I don't know if this is a preamble to a takeout bid.  I have seen enough times that such maneuvers lead to nothing at all.  I'll take a wait and see attitude on this.  I did, however, have gradually increased my position on CS of late.  For one, this is a pretty solid company and two, there is this takeout potential.  At this point I am satisfied with the % of holding of CS in my overall portfolio and will not add any more.  I am contended to see if there is anything to this possibility.  I don't want to be too over weighed on one particular stock just for a potential "COME" bet.

By the way, do you have anything more substantial to this merge - combination other than "theory"?

Thanks.
