We seem pegged at .20... Once the goofs at CIBC are stripped of all their paper we will move up. It will happen eventually, they can't have much left at this point, as they have been big net sellers.
Better they dump now at .20 cents then at .50 cents or $1.
Take advantage of cheapies while you can. Print off your trades so that you can mail them to CIBC and laugh when we are trading in dollars, and they are buying them back.
