Whenever news drops that gets a negative reaction from the market, it always over-corrects, and is an excellent opportunity to buy in.
Look at the daily charts... she doesn't trade this low on a regular basis, especially in the middle of a drilling campaign that has a very distinct possibility of an economic discovery.
Who's selling is always a solid indicator as well. TD, E-Trade, the usual retail suspects. People come home from work and see their investment is 25% down from where they paid too much, throw in the towel without giving it a chance - and then move on to the next play to do it all over again, which is why they go broke. Buy low, hang on, sell high. The end.
