How Do You Evaluate This Deal?

How Do You Evaluate This Deal?
I think you have to look at the projected number of oz / year going forward from before the deal being done with after the deal being done.

So, what was the projected oz / yr before:
o 80% of La Negra
o 100% of Rosario

So is the projected oz / yr after:
o 30% of La Negra
o 100% of Rosario
o TBD% of Shafter

Anybody have some numbers that can help me fill in this model. I'll be talking to Barnes and maybe Booth this afternoon.
