The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

Great news!

Great news!I agree with Nosleep that many will have sold thinking that a dilutive financing would have brought the share price down.  And that is clearly not the case.  Many warrants are also set to expire this year as well, so it will remain to be seen if the pps moves up so that they are redeemed, or if they expire (which also reduces future dilution).  This is such an excellent move with a very credible partner!  Now we know why Canaccord was accumulating the past few weeks, since they were advisors to the deal and knew what was going down.  They continue to support the stock today.....
