comparison XT with JNX and QEC

comparison XT with JNX and QEC

For fun, I do a play of comparison to find a value at XT. But do not take in consideration for inner because the titles is purely speculative that can balance to the bottom to any time

The surfaces used are only those concerning the lowlands of the St-Laurent. Jnx with a total of 6 acres million has an enormous potential when one compares it with QEC

XT = 7 000 000 shares with 300 000 acres (120 000 hectares) and value of 2.21/shares
JNX = 54 000 000 shares with 1 100 000 acres (445 000 hectares) and value of 6.52 /shares
QEC = 179 000 000 shares with 700 000 acres (283 000 hectares) and value of 5.3 /shares

XT 2.21 * 7 000 000 shares with ... total of 15 470 000$
JNX 6.52 * 54 000 000 shares with... total of 352 080 000$
QEC 5.3 * 179 000 000 shares with... total of 948 700 000$

XT = 15 470 000$ for 300 000 acres is 51$/acres
JNX = 352 080 000$ for 1 100 000 acres is 320$/acres
QEC = 948 700 000$ for 700 000 acres is 1355$/acres

comparison
XT withJNX (320/51 = 6.27 /1) ===> 6.27 * 2.21$ = 13.86$
XT with QEC (1355 /51 = 26.5 /1 ) ===> 26.5 * 2.21$ = 58.57$

XT could it be worth between 13$ and 58$??. You think what of it ? good sense or not?
